We do not alter our rates seasonally or during peak times.

You are renting a private bedroom in our home.

Minimum 1-night stay, maximum 4 night stay.

Nightly rate for one bedroom, 2 guests, is $75.

We have 2 bedrooms available at any given time (depending on current bookings)

*There are TWO listings on Airbnb for our property, this is the only way we can make the bedrooms both available to separate guests. If you are interested in renting both rooms for one group please contact us.
