
Policies & Procedures
We truly enjoy sharing our wonderful home with guests. We welcome responsible guests who will enjoy but respect our home. This house is not a second home or rental property, it is our well-kept private home.
Please treat the home as you would like yours to be treated by guests.

Occupancy

Our maximum occupancy is 8 guests

Minimum age for guests is 25 years old, chidren of guests are welcome and count in maximum guests (unless <1 year old).

All adult guests must be listed on the rental agreement

Booking Requirements

As of right now we accept payment through our HomeAway website

We require 50% at inital booking and the remaining 50% 14 days prior to arrival date.

Your reservation will be held for 2 weeks but is not finalized and fully guaranteed until we receive your signed vacation rental agreement.

We will mail you a copy of the rental agreement to sign with a stamped envelope for return for your convenience.

Fees include a mandatory $200 security/damage deposit (refundable) and a non-refundable $200 cleaning fee.

Initial booking is required with a credit card or paypal account through our HomeAway site, balance payments may be paid in the same manner or via personal check.

Bookings for 5 nights + will automatically reflect our dicounted weekly rate.

Minimum stay is 2 nights at an escalated $350/night.

A one-time non-refundable $75 pet fee will apply if you choose to bring your dog (pet addendum to rental agreement must be filled out and mailed back with the renal agreement).

Pets

We allow one dog to be brought with you to the property (please call us to discuss multiple dogs).

We have one dog door in the kitchen that leads to a small fenced area.
